House of Bid

Timed lots. Pickup after settle.

House of Bid houses the sale. Listing boards post a few sales a year; they do not run the bidding software. We bring the clock so the week is shorter: you commit to the auction, bidders bid, and what sells, sells. Warehouse auctions, estate weeks, and driveway yard sales share that clock. Preview a catalog, register a paddle, then pick up at the dock or at the door.

  1. 01

    Catalog

Lots are photographed in place — warehouse floor, estate room, or yard — then published for preview. Independent catalogs keep their own look on sale pages.

  2. 02

    Register, then bid

Email starts a paddle. Timed lots take proxy bids. Floor lots are clerked in house ops. Watchers who never bid do not burn unique capacity.

  3. 03

    Pick up

Warehouse winners get a dock window. Estate winners wait at the front with a pass — staff fetch by tag. Items stay where they were photographed. The seller signs lot-complete, then leaves.

Families

Post-its, then stickers, then photos

Walk one room at a time. Yellow means sell. Stick a QR on those pieces, photograph in place, then list. After the clock, leave lots in that section. Only staff walk the house. Buyers wait at a front staging place. The seller says we are good, signs, and leaves. Print the sheet or the pickup card.

  1. 01

    One room at a time

Start at the door and work clockwise. Do not skip closets. A mixed pile in the hall is how lots get lost.

  2. sell

    02

    Post-it every object

Yellow sell, pink keep, green donate, blue trash. The color is the decision. Write a short name on the note if two yellows sit together.

  3. 03

    QR sticker on sell pieces

Our pack, the Amazon pack when that listing is live, or a sheet you print. Stick it where a phone can see it. The code is /t/<code> until someone binds the lot.

  4. 04

    Photograph in place

Do not move the object after the photo. The sticker should be in frame or on the next shot of the same piece.

  5. 05

Bind the tag to the lot

Scan from crew capture or list on Sell. A bound tag opens the lot. An unbound tag tells the scanner it is not in the catalog yet.

Photograph the house. Post the estate, build awareness, then clock the rooms. Listing boards do not run the bidding software — we house the sale. Estate and yard are one-time SKUs — not a house retainer.
