House of Bid houses family catalogs under the same roof as warehouse auctions. You photograph each object in the room — we do not ask you to haul a house into a truck. Post the estate, build awareness, add inventory, then set the auction date and preview. Default estate week: preview Tuesday and Wednesday, online bidding closes Thursday, pickup Friday and Saturday (or arrangements with the house). Search the map like a local directory: city or ZIP, then a mileage range. Use the calendar to see which clocks open soon — click a day for times. Estate is $199 once (250 lots). Yard is $79 once (40 lots, proposed).
